Cancellation Policy
In the event that any entire week of camp is canceled by the Suzuki Institute or cannot be held for any reason, a full refund will be given. If you choose to cancel/withdraw prior to the beginning of any week of camp for which you are registered, the following policy will apply, depending on the date of cancellation notice received by the office: Prior to seven days before a camp begins: full refund minus a $25 processing fee per camper Four to six days before a camp begins: Full refund minus a $50 withdrawal fee per camper Three days or less before camp begins: No refunds given.
