Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event that any program is canceled by the Suzuki Institute or cannot be held for any reason, a full refund will be given. NOTE: Registration fees for our programs are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel/withdraw prior to the beginning of any program for which you are registered, the following policy will apply, depending on the program and the date of cancellation notice received by the office: For summer camp Prior to seven days before a camp begins: full refund minus a $25 processing fee per camper Four to six days before a camp begins: Full refund minus a $50 withdrawal fee per camper Three days or less before camp begins: No refunds given. ------------------------------
